These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of opproai.com and the AI Productivity & Workflow Certification platform operated by OpPro AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a certification, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Description of Services

OpPro AI provides an online AI Productivity & Workflow Certification, which includes self-paced course modules, quizzes, a capstone assessment, a downloadable prompt library, and a verifiable digital credential upon successful completion. We also publish free blog content and resources related to AI productivity.

2. Account Registration

To enroll in the certification, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it if anything changes.

If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at hello@opproai.com.

3. Purchases, Pricing, and Refund Policy

Certification enrollment is a one-time purchase. The current price is listed on our pricing page and may change at our discretion. Any promotional codes or discounts are subject to their stated terms and expiration.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase. Because the certification is a digital product with immediate access to course content upon enrollment, refund requests cannot be accommodated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All billing disputes should be directed to us at hello@opproai.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

4. Certification and Credentials

Upon successfully completing all course modules and passing the capstone assessment, you will receive a digital certificate with a unique credential ID. This credential can be verified publicly through our verification page at opproai.com/verify.

Your credential represents that you completed the OpPro AI certification curriculum and passed the required assessments at the time of issuance. It does not constitute a professional license, academic degree, or government-recognized accreditation. OpPro AI is not an accredited academic institution.

We reserve the right to revoke a credential if we determine that the holder engaged in fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation during the certification process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content, quiz questions, assessment materials, or prompt templates to any third party
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Attempt to circumvent security features, authentication systems, or assessment integrity measures
  • Misrepresent your credential status, score, or the nature of the certification to employers or others
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on opproai.com — including course materials, blog articles, prompt templates, assessment questions, visual assets, the OpPro AI name and brand, and the certification framework — is owned by OpPro AI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content and prompt library for your own personal and professional use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

Your digital credential and certificate are yours to share and display on professional platforms, resumes, and portfolios. Sharing your credential does not transfer any rights to the underlying course content.

7. Prompt Library

The prompt library is made available to users as part of the OpPro AI platform. Prompt templates are provided for personal and professional use. You may use the prompts in your own work, but you may not repackage, resell, or distribute the prompt templates as a standalone product or as part of a competing offering.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be available at all times or without interruption
  • Course content will be error-free or complete
  • The certification will result in any specific career outcome, job offer, salary increase, or professional advancement
  • AI tools discussed in the course will continue to function as described, as third-party AI products change frequently

We provide educational content to help professionals build practical AI skills. Results depend on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpPro AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to OpPro AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our certification teaches the use of third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI tool or platform. These products are owned by their respective companies, and their availability, features, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice from us.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of third-party AI tools, including data loss, privacy issues, or inaccurate outputs.

11. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including blog sources, research studies, and tool providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@opproai.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your credential verification data may be retained to support the integrity of issued credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.

15. Severability
